So you wanna know about me?!
Born & raised deep in the heart of Texas - I have always had an old and creative soul. As I've grown older I have come to know that my heart can't be tied down and I will always be wandering and roaming. I discovered a passion for photography when I was around 18 years old- It was a passion and an art that just clicked. To me, photography wasn't hard. It wasn't draining. It never has been. I am a firm believer that all of the good things in life should be effortless and if things are meant to be they will be.
Wedding photography has been my full time gig since late 2018. I have had the opportunity to travel to many different states to photograph love stories and I have met many amazing people throughout this journey!
I'm just a small town girl
Valley of Fire
If we're being honest...
Photography to me isn't just about the technicalities of the craft. When I show up on your wedding day or to your engagement session, I want to feel your energy & experience your love towards one another. On your wedding day I want to see the tears, feel the emotions, and capture the moments that embody your relationship and the people that love you. I have once struggled with trying to perfect every single image that I deliver to my clients, and it hurt my vision immensely. You can count on me capturing the real real all day long. If you're looking for someone to direct you and tell you what to do all day long- that's not me. I prefer to stand back and capture one of the most special days of your life as it happens- just the way it happens and in all of the ways that make your wedding day YOURS.
Washoe Valley, Nevada
I'm a daughter, grand daughter, sister, dog mamma and a girlfriend to the handsome cowboy in the pics. I am constantly traveling between Texas and Nevada and I basically get to live the best of both worlds.
Our pups are Quincy Jane, a mini long haired dachshund and our newest little adventure is Willie - like Willie Nelson, THE cutest and sweetest frenchie you ever did see. Quincy and Willie are the best of friends and Mr. Willie has completed our little family! Wyatt is a professional rodeo cowboy and his work lies on the road as well. After juggling a long distance relationship (26 hours) for almost a year I feel like we have finally found common ground and found what works for us and our crazy lives we lead! (hallelujah)
Since meeting Wyatt I have become an avid skier and found a love for scuba diving! Horses have always been a passion of mine since I was a little girl and I still enjoy riding and training barrel horses. In my free time from shooting weddings I love to travel to the rodeos with Wyatt- the family and memories you make on the road are indescribable and I am so thankful for everyone in our corner in work and life!
